How we work
Most engagements start with the Financial Health Check, a review of where the business stands today. There's no standard package after that. How involved we get depends on the business, its stage, and what you're working toward, and we agree on the scope together.

What we work on
Problems in a growing business rarely stay in one place. A margin problem shows up in the books but often starts with pricing or vendor terms. A reporting problem can turn out to be data that never left the point-of-sale system. We follow the question where it leads.
